1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the dz999 platform available at dz999.club (the "Platform"), you agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions (the "Agreement"), together with any additional policies referenced herein, including the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy. If you do not agree to any provision of this Agreement, you must immediately cease use of the dz999 Platform.

This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between you ("User", "Player") and dz999 ("the Operator", "we", "us") in relation to your use of the Platform. No oral representations or prior agreements outside this document shall have binding effect unless confirmed in writing by an authorised representative of dz999.

2. Eligibility & Age Verification

Access to dz999 is strictly limited to individuals who meet all of the following criteria at the time of registration and at all subsequent times during their use of the Platform:

• You are aged 18 years or older. dz999 operates a zero-tolerance policy regarding underage gambling. Players found to be under 18 will have their accounts permanently closed and all funds held pending verification, in accordance with applicable procedures.
• You are legally permitted to participate in online gambling under the laws applicable in your jurisdiction. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether online gambling is lawful in your country, province, or territory before registering with dz999.
• You are not accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where the operator is prohibited from offering its services.
• You are not acting on behalf of another person or entity, and you are not a professional player whose activity constitutes a systematic method of extracting value from the Platform in bad faith.

dz999 reserves the right to request documentary evidence of age and identity at any point. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the specified timeframe may result in account suspension and/or forfeiture of pending withdrawals pending investigation.

3. Account Registration & Security

3.1 Single Account Policy

Each player is permitted to hold one (1) active account on dz999 at any time. Duplicate accounts, including accounts registered under different names or contact details by the same individual, are strictly prohibited. dz999 reserves the right to merge, suspend, or permanently close duplicate accounts and to void any bets placed or balances held within them.

3.2 Accurate Information

You agree to provide truthful, accurate, and complete information during the registration process and to update that information promptly should any detail change. dz999 accepts no liability for any consequences arising from inaccurate account information provided by the User.

3.3 Account Security

Your dz999 login credentials — including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes — are strictly personal and must not be shared with any third party. You are fully responsible for all activity conducted under your account. If you suspect unauthorised access, contact dz999 support immediately via the contact details listed in Section 13.

3.4 Account Verification (KYC)

dz999 may require identity verification (Know Your Customer, "KYC") before processing withdrawals or in response to unusual account activity. Acceptable documents include government-issued CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card), passport, or other documents as specified by dz999's compliance team. Withdrawals may be held pending satisfactory KYC completion.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals & Payment Terms

4.1 Supported Methods

dz999 currently supports the following deposit and withdrawal channels for Pakistani players: JazzCash, Easypaisa, bank transfer (HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah), Visa/Mastercard, USDT TRC20, Skrill, and Neteller. 4.2 Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit where technically possible. dz999 reserves the right to request additional verification before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawal requests may be delayed or declined where there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or incomplete KYC. Funds that originated from incomplete or reversed payment transactions may be voided.

4.3 Fees

dz999 does not charge internal processing fees on standard PKR deposits or withdrawals via JazzCash or Easypaisa. Third-party payment providers may impose their own charges, over which dz999 has no control. Cryptocurrency conversions may attract network or exchange fees; these are borne solely by the User.

5. Betting Rules & Game Terms

All bets and game rounds placed on the dz999 Platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to each product, which are accessible within the relevant game or betting market interface. In addition, the following general principles apply:

• Bets are only valid once confirmed by the dz999 system. Confirmation may be withheld where system errors occur or where odds were clearly erroneous.
• dz999 reserves the right to void any bet placed at manifestly incorrect odds or as a result of a technical error, whether before or after settlement.
• For live in-play cricket and sports betting markets, late bets placed after an event outcome has been determined but before the market has closed will be voided.
• In the event of a dispute regarding the outcome of a bet, the records held by dz999's system shall be considered the authoritative source, except where a clear system error is demonstrated.
• Maximum payout limits apply per bet and per day. These limits are published in the individual product rules and may be updated periodically.

6. Bonuses, Promotions & Wagering Requirements

dz999 may from time to time offer promotional bonuses including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins, cashback, and loyalty rewards. All promotions are subject to specific terms published at the time of the offer. Unless otherwise stated:

• Bonuses carry a wagering requirement that must be fulfilled before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable multiplier is stated in the individual promotion terms.
• Bonus funds are separate from real-money funds. Real-money funds are used first when placing bets; bonus funds are applied thereafter.
• dz999 reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice if there is evidence of abuse, system exploitation, or collusion.
• Promotions are intended for recreational players and are not available to players who have self-excluded or opted out of marketing communications.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the dz999 Platform and may result in immediate account suspension, voiding of bets, forfeiture of funds, and/or referral to appropriate authorities:

• Providing false identity information during registration or KYC verification.
• Opening or operating multiple accounts (duplicate accounts) on the same platform.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets or interact with the Platform in a way that is not permitted.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes or betting markets.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities to obtain an unfair advantage. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of errors are void and must be returned.
• Money laundering or using the dz999 Platform to process proceeds of illegal activity.
• Accessing the Platform using circumvention tools (VPNs, proxies) to bypass geographic restrictions where dz999's services are prohibited.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the dz999 Platform — including but not limited to software, graphics, trademarks, logos, text, and game content — is the property of dz999 or its licensed providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property law. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any Platform content without the prior written consent of dz999.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, dz999 and its officers, directors, employees, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of, or inability to use, the Platform, including losses arising from:

• Interruption, suspension, or termination of the Platform or any service thereon.
• Errors or delays in processing deposits, withdrawals, or bet settlements.
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain password security.
• Changes to games, odds, or market availability.

dz999's total aggregate liability to any User in respect of any claim shall not exceed the amount deposited by that User in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Gambling losses are not recoverable under any circumstances as a form of liability.

10. Responsible Gaming

dz999 is committed to promoting responsible gambling among all players on its Platform. We provide the following tools within every player account:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps directly from account settings.
• Session Time Alerts: Configure notifications to remind you of time spent on the Platform.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Temporarily suspend your account for a defined period (24 hours to 6 weeks).
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or long-term exclude yourself from the Platform. Self-exclusion requests are irreversible for the selected period.

11. Amendments to These Terms

dz999 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Your continued use of the Platform after any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review the current Terms each time you use the Platform.

12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable in the jurisdiction under which dz999 holds its operating licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved informally shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts or arbitration bodies as specified in dz999's licence conditions. Users retain any rights they may have under applicable mandatory consumer protection laws in their country of residence.
